A General Counsel needed to step into a more visible role and establish credibility in a highly regulated industry to help shape partnerships that advanced the company’s commercial goals.

I led the development of a verbal identity and messaging framework that clarified their voice, values, and public positioning, aligning personal credibility with company mission and long-term regulatory goals. I developed a new archetype, “THE ALTRUISTIC ADVOCATE,” with Jane Goodall as the exemplar, to shape their personal brand.
