“Just Between Us Grownups” series

Turning early childhood development expertise into a funny, warm, trusted video voice for parents of young children.

Challenge

Tinkergarten wanted to offer parents guidance that felt supportive, not prescriptive, around child development, play, and outdoor learning.

Solution

I led art direction, concept development, scripting, casting, and production for a branded video series that delivered short, often humorous insights on topics like messy play, creativity, and different learning styles.

Results

The series gave Tinkergarten a distinctive, human video voice and strengthened its relationship with parents by making expert guidance feel approachable, relatable, and genuinely helpful. I can’t claim causation, but I would be remiss to not point out that shortly after, the company was acquired by Scholastic.
